Step 2

On acceptance of quote, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the date and the bar or bars of your choice.

Step 3

We prefer to do a site inspection with our client, making sure that we have covered all the bases. Leaving no room for error on the day of your event.  This is more of a site inspection to go through all of the things we need to check. Electricity points, type of event, serving times etc etc

Step 4

The day before the event, we like to arrange the setup of the bar and all the equipment. We test all the equipment, making sure we prevent any mishaps on the day of the function.

Step 5

On the day of the event, we like to make sure that our staff are at the venue at least 1 hour before kick off... we turn the machines on and do any last bits and pieces... and then... it’s show time!
